How to Stop a Test?

You can stop a Pinion test at any time—whether you’ve already collected enough results, or if you need to end the test for another reason.

What happens when you stop a test?

Unused credits are returned: Any credits not yet allocated will automatically be refunded back to your account.
Accepted responses will still be completed: Once a shopper has clicked Accept, they’re given a set amount of time to finish the test. To be fair to them, those credits are already considered used and will not be refunded.
Results still appear: Even after you stop the test, any tests already in progress will still show up in your results once completed.
