What if I need to replace a poll?

f you receive a poll that is poor in quality or doesn’t provide useful feedback:

Step 1: Report the Response

• Go to the poll you want to report.
• Click the gear icon in the corner of the poll.
• Select Report Response.
• You’ll instantly get your credit back.

Step 2: Add a New Response

• Click “Add More Results” in your test.
• This lets you get a new poll to replace the one you removed — using your refunded credit.
