How to Update Your Invoice Details

Make sure your invoices reflect the correct business information by following these steps:

Step 1: Go to Account Settings

  • Log into your account.
  • Click on your profile icon or your account name at the top right.

Step 2: Access Company Information

  • From the menu, click on “Company Information.”
  • This section contains your billing and invoice-related details.

Step 3: Fill Out or Update the Following Invoice Fields:

Field Description
Name Your company’s legal or billing name
Tax ID Your registered tax identification number
Tax Label/Name Label to identify the tax (e.g., VAT Number)
Address Line 1 Primary business address
Address Line 2 Additional address info (optional)
City Your city
State Province, state, or region
Postal Code ZIP or postal code
Country Code 2-letter code (e.g., US for United States)

Step 4: Click Save

  • Once all fields are correctly filled, click the “Save Changes" button.
  • All future invoices will now include the updated information.

Note: Previous invoices will not be updated retroactively.
