How to Update Your Invoice Details
Make sure your invoices reflect the correct business information by following these steps:
Step 1: Go to Account Settings
- Log into your account.
- Click on your profile icon or your account name at the top right.
Step 2: Access Company Information
- From the menu, click on “Company Information.”
- This section contains your billing and invoice-related details.
Step 3: Fill Out or Update the Following Invoice Fields:
Field | Description |
Name | Your company’s legal or billing name |
Tax ID | Your registered tax identification number |
Tax Label/Name | Label to identify the tax (e.g., VAT Number) |
Address Line 1 | Primary business address |
Address Line 2 | Additional address info (optional) |
City | Your city |
State | Province, state, or region |
Postal Code | ZIP or postal code |
Country Code | 2-letter code (e.g., US for United States) |
Step 4: Click Save
- Once all fields are correctly filled, click the “Save Changes" button.
- All future invoices will now include the updated information.
Note: Previous invoices will not be updated retroactively.
