How to Cancel Your ProductPinion Subscription

We’re sorry to see you go (we’re Canadian, so we say “sorry” a lot!). If you’d like to cancel your subscription, here’s how the process works.


What Happens When You Cancel


  • Your account will stay active until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • After that, access ends and unused credits are forfeited.
  • You can pause or save your account data during cancellation if you’re not ready to leave completely.

How to Cancel


  1. Make sure to log in to the right ProductPinion account.
  2. Click your Profile/Account Settings menu, then go to the Subscription and click “Cancel”.

You’ll Be Asked Why You’re Canceling

We’ll ask a quick question to better understand your reason:

  • Missing a feature
  • Not using it enough
  • Too expensive
  • Difficult to use
  • Something else

Final Confirmation

Before canceling, you’ll need to confirm:

  • You understand unused credits will be forfeited.
  • Your ProductPinion data will be deleted.
  • You’ll lose your current (grandfathered) pricing.
